H’oponopono

Let me start by saying that I am powerless when it comes to helping anyone. It is all from divine. The fact that someone has presented themselves to me is an awakening that I need to clean. I clean on the person and the information I have at the time. The more I clean in me, the more closer I get to zero and the more inspiration I get.

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian cleansing toll. It has been modified for modern day use and was brought to the forefront by a Hawaiian dude by the name of Dr Hew Len. Dr Len is a psychologist and was employed by the Hawaiian state hospital as a therapist in the ward for the criminally insane. At the time the ward was riddled with violence and had the highest staff turnover and absenteeism rate. No one wanted to work there. A condition of his employment was that he would not have any interaction with any of the inmates. Within 6 months the ward started changing. Violence decreased. Inmates become more manageable. Within a year and a half the ward for criminally insane was shut down. Its inmates were successfully released into normal society or integrated into the other wards that existed. This was an amazing feat. Especially since Dr Hew Len had not had any interaction with any of the inmates. The obvious question that arises is how? How did he do it? The simple answer is he cleaned.

Dr Hew Len did not clean on his clients he cleaned on himself. His purpose and role was not to heal his clients, but rather to heal himself of the reality of his world, that presented itself through these patients. Dr Len takes 100% responsibility for his world and everything that shows up in his world. Once it shows up, and it does not matter how it shows up, it’s in his world and as a result his responsibility.

When we start understanding that whatever we experience is our world or our reality and everything that shows up in our world is a result of us and what we doing, we can start taking responsibility for it. Responsibility means we can do something about it… And the thing that Dr Hew Len did was he cleaned and he continues to clean on all that shows up in his world. The cleaning process is a very simple and easy process. It involves repeating 4 phrases. These phrases are: – I love you, I am sorry, Please forgive, Thank you. You do not have to say these phrases in any particular order. These phrases are a prayer/petition to self and divine.

“I am sorry”: I am sorry for experiencing this in my life, I am sorry for not noticing this before, I am sorry that I have not cleaned on this, I am sorry that I am stuck in this.

“Please forgive me”: Please forgive for all that I am sorry for. Please forgive me for having this in my world.

“Thank you”: Thank you for showing me my reality.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to clean on this. Thank you for your forgiveness. Thank you for the inspiration that this brings.

“I Love you”: I love you is a transmutation statement. It encompasses all of the above and more.

There are three states of mind. The first state of being is Zero. The second state of being is Inspiration. And the third state of being is memory.

Zero: – the first state of mind represents being one with everything. Being at Zero, everything we experience and see that it is perfect in every respect. It is like seeing god and his perfection in everything.

Memory: – is the state we are in all of the time. It is a state that is filled with data, information or memories. It is the state that we all get stuck in. It is the state in which we have questions. It is the state in which we seek answers. This state is divided into the conscious and the un-conscious. The conscious is that which we are aware off at any moment in time. The un-conscious is that which we are not aware off in any moment of time. For very memory/data that we are aware of, there are 1 000 000 other memories/data that resides in the un-conscious.

Inspiration: – Is the state between Zero and Memory. It is the state where inspiration comes to us. It the state divine answers appear. It is also a state that is filled with information. So when we get inspired to do something, how do we know if it is inspiration or if it is memory (ego). The truth is we don’t know, so we continue cleaning.

When we enter this world, we are clean, we are at zero. As we progress in life we gain memories/data. From our loved ones, care givers, family, friends, acquaintances, society, religious people, tv, news, and list goes… These memories become a part of us and who we are. These are the same memories/data that create our world or reality. We start seeing everything through this data. Everything we encounter in our world is a reflection of these data/memories. It is not our fault that we have these memories/data, we did not consciously choose to have them in our lives, but they are there. We have a responsibility towards them. We can choose to ignore this responsibility, and we will continue to play the same memories/data over and over again. This puts us in a state of being stuck. We experience the same things over and over again. On the other hand we can choose to take responsibility, and clean on these memories/data. And the more we clean, the more our world or reality changes. The more closer we get to zero. The more inspired we become. Inspiration is a beautiful thing and it leads to the most amazing outcomes. Miracles are born out of inspiration.

The thing is we have to continue cleaning. Cleaning all the time.

I Love you. I Am Sorry.  Please Forgive Me. Thank You.
