Coaching is a solution-focused approach to personal development that can help to make profoundly positive and lasting changes in all areas of one’s life. As a coach, I use specific tools and scientifically tested techniques to effect the necessary changes in my client’s current and future behaviours to ensure the realisation of their goals and aspirations. Coaching is designed to instantly bring out the best in people. Coaching allows the clients to decide for themselves the best approach in solving their problems. Coaching allows for a sustainable increased and enhanced performance by equipping a client to always be empowered, in a resourceful state and congruent.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
N - Neuro the nervous system (the mind). Our five senses, visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, olfactory and gustatory. L - Linguistic language and other non-verbal communication systems. P - Programming the ability to discover and utilize the programs that we run (our communication to ourselves and others) in our neurological systems to achieve our specific and desired outcomes. NLP is the process of understanding our behaviour that creates our reality, then changing those behaviours that prevent us achieving our desired reality. Fundamental to NLP is the importance of process over content. The answer to the question of "why" is really unimportant. More importantly is "HOW". How do I create my reality? The major objective of NLP techniques is to get you to focus on something that solves the problem.

HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnosis is an artificially induced trance state resembling sleep. Hypnosis is a natural, highly focused state in which the conscious mind does not interfere with an unconscious process. A person under hypnosis is said to have heightened focus and concentration with the ability to concentrate intensely on a specific thought or memory. Hypnotherapy is the treatment of symptoms, or addiction by means of hypnosis. It is used to create unconscious change in a client in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviours or feelings.
